sent by you to Leisure Town ("LT"), including
without limitation, questions, comments, suggestions,
criticisms or the like ("Received Materials") shall
be deemed to be non-confidential and free of any
claims of proprietary or personal rights unless
you explicitly state in the correspondence that
the letter is "not for publication" and contains
"private and proprietary" information that may not
be distributed. LT shall have no obligation of any
kind with respect to such Received Materials and
LT will be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit,
display, transform, edit, abridge, create derivative
works from and/or distribute the Received Materials
without limitation or restriction. Furthermore,
LT is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how,
or techniques contained in any communication you
send to LT for any purpose whatsoever, including,
but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and
marketing products using such information, without
compensation or any other obligations to anyone,
including you.
Under no circumstances shall any disclosure of any
idea or related materials to LT be subject to any
obligation of confidentiality or expectation of
compensation. LT will not be liable for any damage
resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary
rights, or any other harm resulting from submissions.
By submitting material in any venue to LT, you automatically
grant, or warrant that the owner of such material
has expressly granted LT the royalty-free, perpetual,
irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to
use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate
and distribute such material (in whole or in part)
worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works
in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter
developed for the full term of any copyright that
may exist in such material. You also permit any
other users to access, view, store or reproduce
the material for that user's personal use.
User hereby grants LT the right to modify, copy,
distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly
perform, reproduce, publish, license, sublicense,
create derivative works from, transfer, or sell
any such communication as the result of material
made available to LT. By submitting the idea and/or
any related material to LT, you are waiving any
and all rights that you may have in the idea or
any related materials and are representing and warranting
to LT that the idea and/or related materials are
wholly original with you, that no one else has any
rights in the idea and/or materials and that LT
is free to implement the idea and to use the materials
if it so desires, as provided or as modified by
LT, without obtaining permission or license from
any third party.
Furthermore, if you represent an interesting, worthwhile
and legitimate product, program, service, package,
idea or website which requires promotion or patronization,
advertising space (including but not limited to
banners, text links, expanded marketing testimonials
and embedded placement) may be afforded to you at
a reasonable cost for a limited, specific, and predetermined
duration of time and/or targeted number of impressions.
